Refund Policy

ZOOTECHX believes in maintaining transparency and fairness in all business dealings and strives to assist its clients to the best extent possible. Due to the nature of digital services and customized development work, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order and before any work has commenced.

• Once the project has been initiated, including consultation, planning, design, development, deployment, or resource allocation, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

• For milestone-based projects, cancellation after commencement will require payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Custom Software, Website & AI Development Services

• ZOOTECHX provides customized digital solutions, including but not limited to software development, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, mobile applications, and website development.

• Since these services involve dedicated resources and time investment, payments made towards development services are non-refundable once work has started.

• In case a project is terminated mid-way, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting:

  • Work completed

  • Resource allocation costs

  • Consultation and administrative charges

  • Third-party service costs

3. Subscription-Based Services (SaaS)

• Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable.

• Annual subscription plans may be eligible for cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial usage has occurred.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

4. Third-Party Services & Charges

ZOOTECHX may utilize third-party services including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, cloud platforms, and other integrations.

• Payments made towards third-party services are strictly non-refundable.

• Any refund processed will exclude third-party processing fees, gateway charges, and taxes.

5. Duplicate Payments

• In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors or system issues, customers must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

• Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable transaction charges.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

• If a client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify ZOOTECHX in writing within 7 days of delivery.

• The support team will review the concern and may offer:

  • Revisions (if applicable under project scope)

  • Technical assistance

  • Clarifications

• Refunds will not be issued solely based on dissatisfaction once agreed deliverables have been completed.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

• In case of any refunds approved by ZOOTECHX, the amount will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
